That reminds me of when my wife did a out-rigger conversion to a Genuine Buddy 125 scooter. Nice thing about out-rigger, or training wheels, on scooters or motorcycles. Turns have the outboard wheels turning at their own speed. Also, rear outboard wheels have suspension.

Bad things. HEAVY. Also, we used a company that rhymes with Tow-Crap. Horrible company to do business with.

She later did a MotorTrike conversion on a Honda Silverwing, then a year later retired from riding. I liked the MotorTrike kit. Fast, fun and stable.
 
I saw a lady with a bike with out rigger wheels that were spring loaded so she could turn better seemed to work. must have been a custom job and they were heavy.
