Changing out handle bars on Juiced CCX

Just received my Juiced CCX and absolutely love the bike, minus the position of the handle bars. Has anyone swapped out the bars for a better riding position.

Yes! Jones Hbar and an adjustable stem, something like this. The tricky part is making sure you have enough slack in the cables. I would I had to cut most of the cable ties and remove the rubber channel, then put on the new stem and bars. Having slack in the cables is key to getting the right amount for a free turning handlebar.

here is a side by side with my CCS

which Jones Hbar and stem did you get? That setup looks like it would help me out as well.

I swapped out the stock bars with an origin 8 strongbow. chopped it down to 680mm to match the stock width. It's a nice alternate to the jones loop with less sweep.

Hello, I added an adjustable stem and a set of Jones 2.5 riser bars to my CCX, and they are very comfortable.

Very nice setup! Big fan of the frame bag. Might I inquire as to who or what company stitched that together?

Hello ETinVT, I sent Jacquelyn at broadforkbags.com a template and she made me the bag. I needed Velcro straps for the battery and the water bottle mounts on the bike are useless. The handlebar bag was also purchased through them. I had her make mine 2" deeper with a Velcro opening to run some wires thru the back side of the bag. Thanks, Jeff
