Change gearing?

I ride a lot of hills and need lower gearing than what the bike has stock. I've thought about adding a shimano mega-ring, but might be a bit big based on chain length. I would rather just switch out the front sprocket, but don't know where to find something compatible with the Radrover. Any thoughts?
Also, I've noticed more noise coming from the motor, especially on startup. Did I already strip a gear? Power doesn't seem to be as good as it was when new.

I changed my rear cog to a DNP 11-34t. Don't bother with the mega ring, not enough range on the low end.

I picked up an 11-34 rear cog and will install it this weekend, along with some Maxxis Hookworms and new tubes.

Still looking for a new dashboard that will eliminate the speed limitation.

About a week ago you suggested you were buying a new display from Lunacycle. Did you get that, was it an LCD3?

Yes, I have one if those. It plugs in easily to the RR, but the power won't stay on. I'm still working with Luna to see if it is a part failure issue or a part compatibility issue.
