CCX Seatpost Lock?

Getting a Kinekt seatpost and I've been trying to find a locking collar to keep it from walking away. I tried the "universal" one from Pinhead and it didn't come CLOSE to fitting the CCX's 38mm frame tube. I see Abus makes one that goes up to 34.9mm but I don't know if that could be stretched to fit. Anyone have a solution?

Thanks for the suggestions, Timpo. I didn't end up using them, but they led me to a solution that should work.

None of the replacement clamps will fit the CCX because it's using a 38mm tube with a 34.5mm shim inside. The security clamps don't seem to be available larger than 34.5mm, so they won't fit the CCX's outer tube. The Sphyke combination lock nut won't work either because the existing bolt has a hex head on the other side.

Solution: Hexlox makes a replacement bolt that should fit the existing clamp. The parts you need are the M6 Universal Security Set For Seat Post and a Hexlox key. Total cost is $40 US dollars.

YESSSSSS !!! You just solved a bunch of my problems. Now Seat Clamp set is $51.00 (in Black).
The Seat-post bolt set is $12.00, but that rounded head and conical nut stops vice-grips dead in their tracks.
The 6mm Seat-post Hexlock insert is $18.00 = $81.00
After tax/ shipping from Germany, we're talkin' a 'Benjamin' here. The rule for me (10% 15% of investment spent on security') means this does not fit reality, is totally irrational, unless I own a $700.00 -- $800.00 seat and post (could happen. Carbon fiber Cirrus 2.1 post. Ti rails w/ imported Brooks saddle and You have arrived!!!). But not having to deal with the hassle of a stolen seat/ post etc., is priceless - and they come in BLACK !!!
ABUS should take note on the color choice option. My BORDO Alarm has a chrome head that looks like a 1950's microphone and a chrome clasp/ holder. Butt ugly on my black & grey machine.

On to placing this order -- I see shipping is currently free !!!

Hold on -- you don't need a new clamp! The Hexlox seatpost kit comes with a bolt that replaces the quick release bolt in your existing clamp.
