The Cape Light Compact, with funding from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, is contracting with local bike shops to offer an Income-Eligible E-Bike Incentive program. The Compact will issue vouchers to income-eligible participants that can be used at participating bike shops to cover 75% of the cost of an e-bike, or up to $1,200.​
