Cannondale newbie from NYC

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and have been following for a few months. I ended up picking up a Cannondale Tesoro Neo X1 after seeing it on sale at REI outlet. My first ebike, my first Cannondale, and my first time buying a bike from REI. So far so good. I had the bike shipped to the REI store in Soho and they put it together for me. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me about their one-year return policy if I'm not completely satisfied with the bike. Free six-month tune up too. So far I am loving the bike, it is a blast to ride.

Welcome to EBR and your new Cannondale. You are going to love it. I have owned multiple Cannondale bikes since they started making aluminum bikes in the early 1980s. My last three new bikes were Cannondales purchased at REI, including my first ebike, a 2019 Quick Neo. The Tesoro Neo X1 looks to be a very nice bike at its original list price, and even more so at REI outlet.

Quick Neo is a fabulous bike. Agile and responsive and I can’t believe how light it is.
