C380 Charging

(2) C380s, first charge, 4 A charger.

1st bike was showing 4 bars on monitor, charged for 2.5 hours, 5th indicator still blinking. After unplugging, all bars lit; how do I know if it's actually full?

2nd bike was showing 5 bars, after 1 hour charging 5th indicator still blinking. Reset time for another 30 minutes.

If charging battery on the bike, should the 5th bar stop blinking when fully charged? If I charge battery off bike, should all indicators stop blinking when full?

when done charging the lights ill be off. maybe all the light stay on when its on the bike that I don't know but off all lights will be off when done.

So, just checked bike 2 and monitor was off. Plugged bike 1 back in for another 30.

Manual indicates 4.5 hours for full charge from (I assume) empty. That tells me that 2.5 hours should have been plenty for bike 1. Does the last bar take proportionally longer to complete vs. linear charge rate?

yes the last bar takes the longest. don't worry too much about the time.
