Buying a used E bike

Hi,

I'm going to look at a 2018 Haibike Cross 4.0, at a dealer, that was used for their tours. It has about 2500 miles on it. I'd still get one year of warranty on the motor/battery and at least that on the bike frame.

My questions are, is 2500 miles too many miles for a used bike AND is 1700.00 too much to pay for the bike. Retail brand new it listed at 2400.00

Would love your thoughts on those two things.

Thank you JRA, i believe i saw that last night. I plan to bring up the price but i'm guessing i'll end up purchasing a new one. I ended up finding the 6.0 for 1999.00. Many of the same features but better components.
