I am from Europe and recently bought a Bulls Sonic Evo AM2 with a problem (not an official dealer). Although I tried to contact Bulls in Europe by email I have received no response at all in order to clarify how I could fix the problem.
I am totally sure it is a silly problem with an easy solution.
