One thing I wanted to comment on is related to the key and battery removal. Once the battery has been removed, the key is not needed to re-install the battery! As long as you don't close the latch that releases the battery, it stays open until the battery is re-installed, and the battery is automatically locked in place by doing so - it can't be taken off again without the key. I find this mitigates the issue/possibility of breaking the key off if you leave it in, as the only time you need it is to remove the battery. Just my two cents!
