On my Bulls E-Steam AM3, my battery charge was not recognized and the bike would not work assisted by the motor. I do mostly dry dirt trails in Southern California. What I found is that dust that is also magnetic stuck to the adapater and prohibited the battery management system (BMS) signal relayed to motor. If you have a similar problem check the connector. Hope this helps someone.
