Building an ebike battery

I will be building an ebike battery, learned how to do from ebike school.
What is the best 3.7 volt batteries to use and the different power levels.
2100, 3400 etc.

I took your advice and joined endless_shpere. I am going to do a conversion kit 48v x 1000w
The 3.7 v batteries have different output just need to gather info before buying. Thanks

Tumich is a great source for batteries. And this fellow is in the USA with decent prices on parts for building.
