Buildind a 48v pack/BMS to use?

My neighbor is building me a 48 V 24AH battery pack SONY. Lit-ion, what would all recommend for a BMS? And if you could please add a site to the BMS thanks guys.

If your neighbor knows how to build a battery, he should have a BMS in mind. If he doesn't, has he ever done this before?
