Bosch kiox mobilephone clip security key

Does anyone have experience with this, i am new to this. My problem is that i also want to use my phone as display and have bought the clip, both the phone and the kiox 300 is setup as key, but when i switch to the clip and phone there is no motor assist available and i can see it says no computer connected. What am i missing or doing wrong here. ??

What clip are you talking about? Model and pics if you can.
How is the clip connected to the bike?

The Kiox 300 is for BES3 Smart System bikes. Is your clip the Bosch Smartphone Grip? If so, the way I understand it, you can only use one or the other as your system controller, not both at the same time.

I have a Gazelle eclipse speed pedelec 2025, with a bosch perfomance line speed and kiox 300 bhu 3600, the clip is a bosch mobile clip bsp3200 that can be used to facilitate your phone as display instead of the kiox display.

This was a new one on me so I had to do a little research. Take a look at this.

What this tells me is that you can use either device to unlock and turn on your bike, but the Flow+ app on your phone has ultimate control over both the phone lock and the Kiox lock. Your phone must be close to your bike when you unlock it via the Kiox. Once it's unlocked, you should be able to take your phone out of range and use just the Kiox.

I have not verified any of this. In order to get confirmation from Bosch, I'd have to have the bike in the shop.
