Bosch Battery charged but now not showing as charged

Hi all this is my first Post, I bought a Scott Sub Active ERide step bike back in October 2020, its great and i love it (my wife has the same bike) I charged my battery and it showed as being full by the green lights, when i put it on my bike it would not switch on, i changed batteries and chargers with my wife's and still it would not work but my wife's battery does work on my bike, I even tried resetting the Power button as suggested on another thread so by the power of deduction its the Battery I took it to the shop as its under warranty and they are going to call me in the week with an update but Iwas wondering if any one else has had this problem with a Bosch battery less than a year old?? if your battery is showing full and the other works first. I would clean the thermals.
