Bolton is releasing a new fat tire bike! 52 V, 750 motor, inverted air forks, four piston hydraulic brakes, dropper seat post, adjustable stem. Seems like a good deal, his bikes
just keep getting better!!

This guy sells some very cool bikes but he sells out very fast, you can't hesitate with bolton

I didn't bother to watch the videos but I question his expertise importing containers of bikes from China. Has he done his due diligence? Seeing him offer an Ultra bike paired with a Sturner Archer IGH does not inspire confidence. He sells a Frey AM1000 marked up $1500. I don't get it, anyone can just order from Frey, pay $500 for economical shipping and save $1K.

Are you sure that both places aren't just getting the frame from the same factory? There are some differences in specs (dropper seat post, fenders, brakes, stem

And, of course, Bolton gives you service from their California shop.

I'm not saying that's worth $1000.

It is Frey's suspension (they claim to have patented it). If someone else is copying Frey's suspension I would think they could do it cheaper than Frey, but he's charging ~$1K more. If he is going to handle support I would think Frey might give him a discount such that he wouldn't need to tack on $1K, but I guess the market sets the price and for the most part people don't know better.

I got bored last night and finally watched the videos. As far as the warthogs he said a "buddy" in China contacted him to sell their bikes. When the Sturmey Archer hubs get shredded by the Ultra I wonder if he is going to service them from his California shop or tell folks sorry, deal with my "buddy" in China? On ES it doesn't sound like Leili has that great a reputation. I'm assuming he is doing the same for EUNORAU offering their frankenstein bike and AWD dual hubs on his website with some sort of consignment relationship.

As far as the rear hub blackbird. I suppose it's decent value if you want a rear hub. Dropper post is a bit misleading on that bike. Office chair might be more accurate.
