I have the Edwin Toba bionx since 2014 and now hubby decided to join me on e-cycling and got a Cube town 500, so I tested his bike to compare and besides the Cube being an excellent bicycle, I couldn't get used to the resistance when pedaling stops. I feel the bionx has a more natural ride, since it keeps the speed when you stop pedaling.
Is there an in between system that keeps inertia going but doesn't run the battery dry? The Bosch battery charge is incredible compared to the bionx and hill climb is also easier.
One is a hub motor and the other is mid drive - is there an in between that has best of both worlds?
