Does anybody have advice on how to pack and ship an e-bike? Are there any services that have reasonably-priced packaging of the proper size, and reasonable shipping fees?
Good luck with the sale of your ebike. Bikeflights is a good bike shipping company that I've used a couple times for regular bikes but they do have an ebike shipping option. You can check pricing on their web site.
Bikeflights.com is a bicycle shipping service. You get fast delivery, great prices and excellent service with every shipment per our Best Way Guarantee.
Does anybody have advice on how to pack and ship an e-bike from Same Day Courier London? Are there any services that have reasonably-priced packaging of the proper size, and reasonable shipping fees?
To pack and ship an e-bike, disassemble the bike (remove pedals, handlebars, and wheels) and use a bike-specific shipping box from companies like BikeFlights or ShipBikes. Ensure the bike is padded with foam or bubble wrap to avoid damage. For reasonably priced shipping, check services like FedEx, UPS, or specialized bike couriers.

FWIW, for the couple bikes I've shipped with bikeflights I just picked up bike boxes from a LBS who seemed pleased to get rid of them. I cut down the boxes to match the disassembled bike sizes limiting shipping costs which are based on container dimensions and weight. At the time pricing direct from UPS was 3-4x what Bikeflights charged for same dimensions/weight, they used UPS as the carrier.

We are happy to give away bike boxes, but if we are shipping bikes ourselves in the very near future, which we do frequently, we keep the assembled boxes and give away the broken down boxes. One lady got indignant about that. She's not a customer, wants something for free, and got picky about what we offered her. Sigh.
