Best Full Suspension fat tire ebike under$2,000

Court's full suspension recommendation for under two grand is the VoltBike Enduro, not a fat tire bike but looks good value.

It uses the same motor so presumably it could be tuned to the same power, but the M2S has a larger battery and fat tires so meets your criteria better

After a closer look I'm not sure I would recommend that BPM imports bike personally although I have no experience with it whereas Mike does and seems to like it. It has a rear hub drive with fat tires and I'm not sure how well a rear suspension works with all that unsprung weight. It probably depends on how you plan to ride and where. I would suggest providing more details in that regard so that folks can steer you in the right direction. The max motor on the M2S bike is a mid drive so might perform better on hills even though it has less power. It has no throttle though.
