Bengshi electric mountain bike

Hi all
ive just bought one of these bikes and want to change the display from kph to mph, but can’t figure out how to do it.
theres only one button on the display. I’ve tried holding it down, holding it down and turning it on, but no joy

has anyone any suggestions or know how to do it?
