BB30 Adaptor for fat tire bike

I have a fat tire bike with a 100mm wide threaded BB30 bottom bracket. According to Luna, the bottom bracket must be converted to a BSA threaded bracket to install the BBSHD motor. Luna did not have an adapter that would fit. The bike manufacturer did not have an adapter and I was not successful with a google search either. Does anyone know where I can purchase an adapter or what would need to be done to my bike to allow the BBSHD motor to fit?

Alternately you can buy a BB30 to BSA adapter like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sram-TruVa...=113655572071db3113f53ce64f42b4f812f1a08c8372

And cut it in half and press in each from both sides, using the included glue. The former would be better but sourced overseas might take longer depending on how much of a hurry you are in.

Matt at Empowered Cycles has adapters and is a more responsive dealer. Look around, there are resellers with far better warranty coverage.

If you haven’t yet, do a search for BBSHD and your bike model, and again with BBS02 and your bike model. You may flush out another build or find that your bike was a problem build. It’s nice to know the issues beforeyoure in to deep. In 2014 I miss calculated and my only option was a new bike.
