Can I use other brand than bafang battery to a M400 Canbus

I believe the answer is yes. I don't know the M400 Canbus, but it should be fine as long as you have the correct battery voltage.
You may need to replace the connectors to match what's on your motor.

Please don’t guess and give bad advice. You have a UART system, he has a Canbus and may well need a third wire, a com wire.

This is a question best asked to the manufacturer and/or your supplier.
That said... If the battery has more than a 2 wire connector, there's probably some communication taking place. Whether or not it is restrictive would then be the question.
