Battery used on Radwagen with 30amp controller

I have a 2 year old Radwagen. I have just installed a 35amp controller and a KT-LCDE8H display on it. It has a 48V 14Ah Li-ion Battery(672Wh). I can see from the way the battery is discharging that I am going to have to make some battery changes. If this battery could be rebuilt where could I have it done at the best cost? Should I just get a 52 amp battery?

Is this new found power causing you to ride harder?

Is this bike powered by a direct drive motor, or a geared hub?

I have that same battery and 35a controller on my 1000w geared hub powered 2017 RAD City. It routinely runs 30-35 miles on that original 5 year old battery, in the hills, with my
300 lb+ butt onboard. Point being, that original battery SHOULD be just fine unless you are running the hell out of the bike. Not knocking that potential. Clearly how you ride the bike is your business. Just looking for a clearer picture regarding your expectations?
