Battery Pack Repair Question

I am doing some repair work on a 4s10p pack. Does anyone have an idea of how I detach/remove these black plastic holders shown in the picture, so I can get at the cells?

Given the damage, pack construction, and age of the cells I’d abandon the pack. You’ll not be able to match the cells and there likely more issues beyond the obvious severe damage. This is where battery packs become dangerous. Rookie repairs of packs needing to be out of service. What’s your life, house, apartment, or personal property worth? There are 10s4p packs for a couple hundred bucks.
