Battery lasts longer when off bike.

I find that my Evelo Aurora battery drains quickly when the bike is not in use, but very slowly when stored off the bike.

Evelo tells me that this normal for my three year old Aurora.

Yep, very common with battery power transportation . . . my Segway i2 is the same way.
There is always some circuit powered-on when the battery is installed.
Has too for it to know you pushed the start button.

I always removed** the LE battery when not riding to prevent battery getting so low it can not be recharged.
{On Segway try to remember to charge them every few months - - they don't just pop-out - - }

**mine was stolen . . . so now a have an extra battery if/when I get a replacement LE
