Battery Case Plugs Difficult to Remove

I have a Sondors MXS and the access plugs for the charging port and the on/off switch are extremely difficult to remove. I can barely get them off with just my hand and really need a flat head screw driver to get them off. I thought I saw a replacement plug online that had an attached cover that could be pulled off with a thumb tab but I can't find it anymore. Anyone know where to get these or have another solution?
