I decided to replace the motor rotor and third gear to the fine-tooth gears to help with noise when the motor is running.
Now I need to calibrate the motor.
I was planning to order a Bafang Besst module and try to calibrate the motor myself as none of the local bike shops, (even and ebike shop nearby), seem to be able to do it.
When I was looking to order the Besst module, I was seeing that it requires an app. to be downloaded to do the calibration.
I was also seeing that I would be required to register with Bafang to receive a log in code to use the app.
So, I went to the Bafang web site and was going to register. But it looks like you have to be a business owner with a business license to be able to register.
I am not a business and don't have a business license. I am just a guy trying to get my bike working again.
How am I supposed to get my motor calibrated so I can get my bike going again?
I have a message in to Bafang asking what I can do but I don't have allot of confidence that they will help me.
