Bafang BBSO2B water damaged Error 30H replaced the controller same Error

Hi everyone I have a bafang i took the controller apart and noticed water had got in it so dryed it out for a couple days plugged it back in then seen some smoke so replaced the controller with brand new one but coming up with Error 30H now on my display I have swapped over components from my other bafang bike that is working changed cable harness display throttle speed sensor still same Error any thoughts thanks

Sorry meant to mention as well have to hold the on put all the time as soon as I realise the on but it switches off and when on there is a red bar next to the battery but no bars but the battery is fully charged

Error 30 is often a connection problem and sometimes a controller issue. How do you know the battery is fully charged? Voltage readings from the battery leads? Where did you buy the motor? Any warranty coverage left?

It was a brand new battery and I charged it before putting it on the bafang motor

New doesn't mean it's good. Did you check the output voltage?

It is good put the battery on another bike working perfectly charging properly

Hi everyone manged to sort it out it was the firmware but still had to replace the screen
