Axle parts location

I have a Ecotric Hammer that has an issue with the axle spinning. Ecotric sent a new rear wheel and axle along with all of the hardware to install but they will not or cannot provide a picture or directions as to where all of the parts are supposed to be located. I do not want to install the new wheel before getting the proper information for the various washers etc location info. so as to not ruin the new rear wheel and axle assembly. No ebike stores will touch this bike in my area ... any help will be much appreciated.

You're lucky to get a new wheel/motor. Here's a general article. I own the Ecotric fat tor 20" folser, and have had the wheel off a few tomes. Also have put rear motors on a few bikes. Never had one come loose.

Wow, thank you HarryS!
Actually this is the second wheel they have sent because they neglected to send the axle hardware the first time. So I have 3 rear wheels ... the original with the chewed up ruined axle, the second wheel with a perfect wheel/rotor and motor but frayed wires, and the third never installed wheel in the picture. It's taken a couple months but I think I'm close to operational again!

Wow, they didn't make any money on you. DId you buy it thru walmart, Ego LLC via amazon, or their website?

The article specs about 17 ft-pounds. I think that's overly light. I never pulled out my torque wrench but I'm sure it's closer to 25 ft-pounds on my bikes. A good tug with a 10" wrench.
