Axel on New Hub Motor Wheel Too Big

Just received my ebike 1000watt kit.

The old axel was 9.3mm diameter. New axel is 13.75mm diameter

What's the best course of action?

Doesn't it have a cut tough?

Most ebike motors have 14mm axle, and they're normally machined to make it 10mm.
