The Aventon Level will not go up even moderate hills without overheating. Also encounter multiple error codes unless on flat ground. Highly recommend not getting this really heavy error prone bike. Only have 111 miles on it and don't trust it to go anywhere but flat ground after multiple shut downs during rides with any type of hill. Support turned off their telephones they have so many problem bikes and may get back to you in 72-96 hours via email if you fill out their forms. Worst service I've ever encountered for any product.
