Aventon Aventure Not Powering on consistently

I recently purchased the Aventure. What i've noticed is that it does not always reliably power on. It's never shut off when i'm riding, thankfully. When i plug the battery in the charger, it does light up and blink blue indicating the charging process. In the settings app, i even tried turning off the Auto Power Off setting to Off to see if it will just stay on indefinitely; however, it still powers off after around 10 min or so. What i've done previously is take the battery out and put it back in, and sometimes that will help, but not always. Any insights?

So now i am able to power up reliably by double-pressing my power-on button. I read through my owner's manual, and it did not mention this at all. Is anyone else powering theirs on by double-pressing the power button on their Aventure? Sadly, as i was trying to trouble-shoot my powering on issues, i had accidentally dropped my Aventure battery on my tile at home and gave it a nice looking crack on one corner. Luckily, it is still powering on. I'm hoping replacement batteries will be available in the near future.

The owners manual for the Pace 500 says the bike will power off after 10 mins. of inactivity. Your Aventure bike may be different but I suspect it is the same in that regard. I have also had to depress the battery on button twice sometimes to turn on the battery.
