Are all bike parts labeled with brand name and model?

I haven't ridden a bike in 20+ years when I was a kid and I planning on getting an ebike soon. I don't know anything about anything about bikes and I'm paranoid about some parts of my bike might be switched out for either used or worse parts when I take it in the shop to get a tune up or if there's a problem with my bike.

Everything that is expensive has a serial number. Controller, Frame, Motor, Battery.

Do you mean you are concerned about the mechanic stealing your bike components? Anything is possible, although I doubt it is a frequent occurance. Probably a good idea to visit some of your repair shops and get to know the people.
