App stopped working, cannot log in on phone

That's about it. It worked fine for the past three months. Today it prompted me to enter my credentials. It wouldn't accept them. I've reset my password and done everything I can think of to get it to connect. Anyone else had this happen? Any suggestions?

FWIW, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. Thanks.

Try uninstalling the app, reboot your phone, and re-install the app?

Mine also lost my credentials on my phone for some reason when I tried to use it this past weekend on Saturday. I reset via email. I had used it about a month ago on the same phone, so the app (or my phone) did forget me. I didn't change a thing. The phone did not have any OS upgrades. I'm using a Moto G5s plus. No other apps forgot who I was.

That was the ticket. It took two tries, but after trying everything else imaginable multiple times I figured I might as well try this again. I'm not sure whether it was something phone-related or something bike-related. Whatever. It worked. Thanks for the suggestion.
