Anyone still using their NCM bike?

Just curious. I am, I got classic NCM Moscow 27.5 628Wh in March 2019 and did about 15000km and still going.
Apart from the usual maintenance things I haven't had any major issue apart from
1) battery LEDs stopped working (probably water in it) so I don't know when it's on or off.
2) motor seems to have gotten a bit louder, I would need probably to service it with new grease but I can't find a store that will do it and I'm scared to do it myself

What about you?

Yes , mine is still going strong , ncm moscow 29 . Some maintenance and a few upgrades along the way - think ive done about 12,000 km . Mostly off road on footpaths and trails , and a joy to ride .

I bought my bike in 2020. I've done 32000 km on it and, like you two, no issues.
I found the gearing to be rather low and have fitted a block with a 11T highest gear with 13 and 15T cogs for the next highest. I generally ride on roads in the English Pennines and rarely use the middle chainwheel and have never used the smallest - in fact I've disabled it with the limit screws.
Almost unbelievably I still have the original tyres that I run at 55psi. I did fit a new bottom bracket as some play developed with original. I also replaced the cable actuated brakes with hydraulic which gave a quantum leap in usability and effectiveness
The battery capacity (nominally 13Ah) has reduced to about 60km. I fitted mudguards which makes for a much cleaner ride in winter.
I have found the support and advice from Germany to be rather variable but have nothing praise for the ebike itself.

Mine is an Amego Infinite Plus 27.5in - which is really an NCM Milano Plus with Amego's name on it. I purchased it in March 2020 and have about 7500 km on it. Other than normal maintenance, the only problem I have had was spokes breaking on the rear wheel. After several incidents of this, I purchased an entire set of quality spokes and relaced the wheel myself (first time!). Since then, not one spoke issue. There are lots of tempting new bikes out there with torque sensors, etc. and maybe one of these days, I'll spring for one but for now, I'm pretty attached to my Infinite Plus.
