Any puncture proof tire recommendations?

New to E-biking and needed some recommendations for a 20 x 4
puncture proof type tire. Thanks in advance.
"Puncture proof" is a very high standard. My wheel barrow tire is puncture proof, but it's not a pneumatic tire. Bicycle tires are pneumatic to lighten the weight of the wheel and provide some shock absorbtion for the ride. As such, you can improve puncture resistance, but not achieve puncture proof performance.

Tubed tires can use products like Slime in the tubes to seal punctures. There are also plastic strip (thorn strips) and foam inserts that further improve puncture resistance. Some posts in other threads suggest thousands of miles between flats with these approaches.

Others convert to tubeless tires with a Slime product in the tire. This is used by many mountain bikers and come standard on some MTB models. They are highly puncture resistant, but require that the wheels be setup for tubeless use.

None of these approaches are puncture proof. I always carry a flat repair kit and a spare tube, just in case.

Mr. Tuffy tire liners are the best I've used. Granted, nothing is 100% puncher proof but liners reduce the risk. My ebike came with Slime tubes and I got sprayed with neon green goo while putting air in the tires, so I took out the Slime tubes and put in extra thick inner tubes. Combined with my liners I should have fewer flats.

I also use Mr. Tuffy tire (thorn) liners with very good results. I combine these with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires for 'near' puncture-proof performance, but I still carry that flat repair kit and spare tube 'cause #hit happens...

Slime or something similar has worked well for me for a few years now.

The Schwalbe Marathon tires are quite good. They are not puncture proof, no inflated tire is, but they are pretty good and less messy than slime.

After being in a worst case scenario, where a tube full of Slime (in a Schwalbe Marathon mounted on a geared rear hub) let go on a ride about a mile from home. Never did figure out what caused it, but I can share that once I got the bike home, I had the mess cleaned up and the tube replaced within an hour - including the trip to WalMart to get a new tube. Slime, being water based, is a very easy clean up with just a wet rag. It LOOKS much worse than it is, and I'll "suffer" through another experience like that any day to have the benefit of Slime protection.

Much appreciated!

what size are your tires..I see that some tires do

Where did you get extra thick inner tubes?
nt come in 20 x 4

Puncture proofing is a tough ask with pneumatics
The only puncture proof option I know is Tannus airless tyres
For flat proofing maybe try going with a tubeless setup
With a tubeless setup you will still puncture, but it reduces your odds of a flat
