Any problems with hanging my Turbo Vado upside down?

I don't see this question answered or asked anywhere. But are there any potential issues with hanging my Turbo Vado upside down? That is the easiest way store it in my garage.

I was just wondering if there was anything in the motor system that might not like being stored upside down. Any fluids or lubes or anything that would lead one to keep it stored right-side up?

The only downside of turning your Vado upside down might be worse performance of your brakes after rotating the bike back to the normal position. That happens if there is any air or water vapor in the hydraulic lines. With properly bled brake lines, there is no worry.

The Bicycle ?
Some Battery packs have an " up / down " or cell pack orientation which are supposed to remain upright as built not tipped over or rolled aside for extended periods.
Consider asking someone who knows exactly the ramifications of fully assembled storage.

Correct. The only affected part would be the hydraulic brakes. Should return to normal after several pumps in the normal orientation.

That only applies to lead-acid batteries (car batteries) that have free flowing electrolyte. Li-ion cells do have a liquid electrolyte, but is not free flowing and generally does not leak, so the orientation does not matter.

Thanks guys. I'll continue to hang it upside down for now. That keeps it off my garage floor and out of the way. I couldn't find any information on this topic in the manual or anywhere on the Specialized site.
