Got the frame today after a few missed attempts by FedEx. I’ll be updating this post with pics of the build as I go along. Next set, the unboxing!

Wow that really was a top quality packing job.

No question this bike is a show winner standing still, never mind going places. I hadn't noticed the Wren until just now. Pretty gorgeous :D I covered up the extra advertising on my c/f covers with a strip of gorilla tape. Love the handlebars, too.

Whats the story on that rear shock?

It’s a DVO Topaz T3. Air shock with just about unlimited adjustments.

Steerer tube cut. Not too sure about the drop stem though. Might swap that out for a RaceFace 0 degree drop/rise stem. The drop stem and the bars just don’t go together.

Jumped ahead a few steps but this is the finished product. Bike is 95% done. Have some chain / tire clearance issues that need to be ironed out and I need the proper tool to get the front chainring off and replace it with the Christini adapter and Deckas 42T ring I bought. Also need to dial in the Archer D1X wireless shifter. Last piece of the puzzle, get the speed sensor to work with my Nextie Tri Spoke wheels. Dam, I need a beer now! Yards Summer Crush here I come!!!! 😝

Sweet ride build, I can't wait to be able to actually ride mine. Is this the frame & motor you order July 30th? I just joined the forum trying to figure out where my motor order is - I placed it on July 17th and got an email from @pushkar on the 19th saying it would be a two week lead - everything was green status when I placed my order and I've contacted them a couple times some without responses - the first response told me of an unexpected delay on motors and then second saying they would "ship it that friday" which would have been Sept 10th. Now that I see people who's orders were placed after mine arriving I'm a little less frustrated and a little more angry at this point. @pushkar can you respond to my emails and help me figure out where my order is? I've lost all confidence at this point which is sorely disappointing - and another thread where a user is unable to get their refund has me a little worried too.

I wouldn’t worry. I know there were issues with painters but I’m under the impression that’s been resolved.

I agree 100% with the handlebars. 😲

No disrespect to Pushkar of course, but the stock Hydra handlebar looks a little awkward with long headtube with multiple spacers.
That dirtbike (or BMX?) handlebar looks 10 times better.
They are Whiskey Milhouse bars. Carbon fiber and 825mm wide. Super comfortable. Not cheap but being comfortable is worth it to me.

Well my worry is that my order was only for an Archon motor + cable + 2 year warranty, and ironically extra for 2-day shipping. So I'm a little surprised to see people who've placed orders after me for more items that were supposedly more delayed with a longer wait time getting their orders before me. Like I said last I was in touch with them on Sept 8th they said they'd ship my motor out that Friday (the 10th) - they didn't really acknowledge me asking to revert to standard shipping for the refund on the extra charge regardless of order status, or asking them if the lack of motor is the issue can I change my order and send them a motor to put the controller in - they just apologized for lack of communication and told me they'd ship it out that Friday. When I got in touch with them on the 8th was after they changed the motor & controller status to amber & red without responding to my email from the previous day which makes me concerned that there's not a motor or a controller to cover my order with no ETA on more controllers.

Testing a zero drop stem. Much more comfortable vs the drop stem. Raised the bars considerably. Need to get one with a shorter stack height and shorter in length to pull the bars in closer to me. Then it will be perfect.

Ha, other bikes trying to edge into the picture. (Not wanting to be thrown over for the new girl.)

Good looking bike - love those rims on the completed fatty.
