Allant Smartphone Hub deficiency

iPhone XR when inserted in smartphone hub cannot be centered and when it is the volume button is pressed and lowers to off.
Are you friggin kidding me?

I was concerned due to this post and checked the fit for my iPhone 11 max in the Trek shop today. Fit fine in the Smartphonehub on an Allant+ 8s. I had the apple silicon case on my phone as well. I’ve gotten used to the larger phone not fitting in things so was pleased that it worked. Sucks if the XR doesn’t fit.
