Added new battery base

New battery base added no power battery charged green light fully charged, battery test light is solid blue
Battery reads 42vlts.checking controler battery base connection, does anyone have any other suggestions what might be the culprit?

Maybe you wired it wrong? You showed a picture of four cut wires. Why not show us what you did to it?

I bought this Bird A frame 36volt 12.8ah 500watt E - bike that someone before me had cut the battery base wiring, I bought a base and now I need to find out where the wires connect on a 6 pin connector, red, blk, blue. Green, brown and orange, could someone please help me out??

what i did was eliminated the wires that the old base connector was hooked too. Went and bought the original that the bike came with, plugged it into the controller bike still doesn't power up
