Action cam adapter?

Hello guys, I normally use my GoPro or my GitUp action cam when I ride my ST2, however when I record I get lots of vibration while recording. I have a handlebar adapter, see pic attached. Works great but this thin absorbs just about every bump on the road for obvious reasons. So I am looking for another adapter alternative to use to avoid this from happening. I only use a Chesty. The only place to put a Camera when riding.

If you're slightly overweight (like me), a chest mount is going to produce a excessive amount of swaying. The camera bobs from side to side. You'll get dizzy watching the videos... Unusable as far as I'm concerned.

I'm overweight too but don't seem to have this problem. Hmmmmm.
