So here's a thread to bring together all the discussion about accessorizing and pimping up your Lectric XP. Looking forward to seeing what shows up!

Does anyone know where to purchase a headlight that is brighter then the one that came with the XP and that uses the same plug?

I wish more people would post their mods in here.
Here are my mods:

1. Blackburn Front Rack.
2. Suntour SP12 NCX Suspension Seatpost.
3. Cloud 9 Saddle.
4. Cygolite Front Light.
5. Bike Tail Light with Turn Signal - Wireless Remote.
6. Electric Horn.
7. Shimado Pedals.
8. SC Riser Mountain Handle Bar.
9. Handle Bar Grips.

This is for a headlight/taillight combo. Uses its own rechargeable batteries, not the onboard battery. Even the lowest setting on this $13 light is brighter than the light that is on mine.

2. Suntour SP12 NCX Suspension Seatpost.
3. Cloud 9 Saddle.

Don't forget the Tesla emblem! Where did you buy that? I love it!

Looks great! How much did you spend overall? Would you mind itemizing prices?--It would be a big help for us XP owners!
Here you go for the cost breakdown. I'm also adding a few more items which I did not mention earlier.
Some of the items are from my road bike (bought them a few years ago, don't remember how much they were).

1. Blackburn Front Rack ($45)
2. Suntour SP12 NCX Suspension Seatpost ($105)
3. Cloud 9 Saddle (from my road bike)
4. Cygolite Front Light (from my road bike)
5. Bike Tail Light with Turn Signal - Wireless Remote ($28)
6. Electric Horn (from my road bike)
7. Shimano Pedals (from my road bike)
8. SC Riser Mountain Handle Bar ($35)
9. Handle Bar Grips ($20)
10. Water bottle holder ($8 for a pair)
11. 3D Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap ($8)
12. Tesla Emblem ($6)
13. 1 inch Metal Cable Clamp ($11) - you'll need these to mount the front rack to your fork

If you add these all up, the overall cost of my modified XP version is still reasonable considering the base price of the XP.

Logo cover up. Wanted yellow reflective tape but did not find anything suitable locally. The white reflective tape I found at Walmart for less than 4 bucks. 2"x 30" Duck Brand in the Auto Section. Cut in half and trimmed to a point to match the existing stripes.

I'll be stopping in tomorrow. ty

Thanks for putting all that info together! I like the idea of getting a turn signal--I hate using hand signals.

Debating between the Suntour and CaneCreek ThudBuster suspension seat posts. Anyone have experience with these? Also does anyone know what diameter seat post the bike is?

The diameters vary a bit, but you should be able to get the diameter from your bike brand's website. Or you can measure it. Also your bike shop could measure it too.

Take a look at the Satori... highly rated and available in 30.9mm and 31.6mm for $59 ;)

I have the Suntour NCX like a lot of people on this post have and I love it, can't say anything about the ThudBuster have no experience with them, but some people here have them and really like them also. The size that Lectric claims is 31.8mm, but the 31.6mm fits just fine.
