Does anyone have anything to say about using an 85 cm long Abus Bordo GRANIT X Plus 6500 with a RadRover? In particular, is it long enough to go around the rear tire, frame, and a post?

I don’t have the Radrover but I do have Raleigh Lore- I’ll attach picture. It’s an mtb style bike with large tires. The Bordo xl fits around a frame, rear wheel, and standard bike rack post with lots of room to spare.

I suspect a marketing trick here. I don't know why this needs to be confusing, but I can't find a Bordo XL unless it's the one that's 110 cm. Is that what you have? The Bordo Granit X Plus I'm looking at is 85 cm.

I have the Bordo 6000. Sorry for the misunderstanding. My fault. I can’t link to it because it keeps going to my personal Amazon account. It was recommended on another fat tire bike forum and I believe that it is 110cm.

I have the Abus Bordo 6000. Works really well with my Radrover 2018 model. It's more than adequate. Only downside is it's pretty heavy. I have it mounted on my head tube, off to the side with velcro straps. It sits perfectly there. Let me know if you want to see a picture of how I have it mounted.

I found a 110 cm version of the Bordo Granit X Plus 6500. Best I can tell it's not very easily available in the US but seems a little more common in Europe. It's coming from Spain, and I don't have it in hand yet. I hope the extra length will be sufficient to lock my RadRover's rear wheel and frame to most racks and poles.

You should be fine, I find with the 120cm version, there is plenty of room to spare.
