Hi all! :)

Got little confused when the battery arrived with 3 cabels. And the China dealer wont answer...

What cable is for charging? Drive? And what is the that cabel with the black top?

Or how can I check it with the multimeter?

I believe the yellow XT90 is for output. The round connector is probably for charging with a low current charger.

The red connector could either be for output or it could be for charging. I wouldn't use it. If you probed it, I bet it will read the same as the XT in voltage, so that tells you nothing,

I'm not going to tell you to probe the round connector. The last time I probed one, I short circuited my meter probe.

But what's the purpose of a Deans connector on an ebike battery? Parallel to the XT90 for output? Or is it a higher current charger input?

Thanks for the info! Is there a way so measure what cable is what? The "round black one" i guess most be the charing cable? But why double outputs ? :s
Got answers back for the seller ""XT60 plug is shared with output and input!"" so only got more confused !

Only way to tell is to trace the negative leads of each cable back to the control circuit (BMS). The positive leads are all common. The negative leads will go to specific points on the BMS. On most batteries, they are split. One is the charge ground and the other is the output ground. On a few, they are also common. I can throw up a schematic.

If you are not planning to use the Deans connector. then it doesn't matter what it is used for.

Got this answer from China :D

So what can I use the "high-current plug line" for? Extra speed? Speed is set by the controllbox correct?

""Hello, DC: 5.5*2.1-charger! XT60 is a common port for output and input, and T-Type Plug is a high-current plug line!""

Thanks for the follow up! I wish everyone came back with the solution. It’s how we learn!
