Can you fold the XP 3.0 step through w/ OEM basket on?

What size rear basket? I have a small Rad Power basket and bag in the back of my 3.0. It's HOT outside but if it cools down later I'll dig my XP 3.0 out of the garage, fold it and post some pictures. I have the battery out of it right now because of the "heat dome" that's giving us a 115 heat index!

Hope this helps. Note that at the moment my bars don't fold down. But, here ya go!

And if it helps, unfolded and the basket size compared to a small Wegmans recycle bag.

My basket is bolted on the rear rack. I might have to remove it to raise it up a bit, or mount by basket fantasies lower, because I'm on the prowl for those folding Wald style folding wire pannier baskets, model 582. If I add them I'll post up some pictures. I want a bit more storage for grocery shopping runs but need them to fold flat for easy storage.
