recently I purchased a Smart e-bike, love riding it, super design. I did find a faulty part, LH brake handle has a regen brake switch and cable
and appears to have either broken switch or a wire, no output to G2 dock. I bypassed the brake output and bought a motorbike kill switch, normally open
type, and wired it in the dock input. Much better option - now I can use regeneration without using mechanical brakes at all - all energy goes into battery.
Better than original option that used front brake/rear regen brake together.
