Polaris ebike. Hi I have a Polaris ebike and I am advised that the software needs to be reloaded to make it work properly. It currently switches on,

I am advised that this bike probably needs the software reinstalling as it is being a swine. The battery is full, the bike switches on, but when you try to pedal the motor resists as if there is no power getting to it. Can anyone help me please as it is no use at all as it is..
