smartmotion X city a few problems

I have had a few problems with bike and looking at getting some metrics together about, problems with cassette wear, brake levers, and motor fail all on the same bike what would you do and expect in the 1st year
4 cassettes 3 chains, snap seat, fail motor.
What is a reasonable out come.
Spoke to James the general manager and very disappointed
