How do I lock the hydraulic brake to keep trike stationary such as the mechanical brake has?

I have already figured out to use a velcro strip but don't want to negatively affect the hydraulics (And it's a pita to have to MM a new rig like this!)

The new ones have locking mechanism on both front and rear now.
