Lextric XP in Europe?

Hi everyone!
I wonder of someone has import this bike to any european country? In US bike is offered in fair price, but I'm afraid, that bringing it to europe (I'm from Poland) would be quite expensive.. and I'm not talking about just the cost of the shipping, but any taxes or custom duty etc. Does anyone have experience in this?

It's got a throttle and twice the power that you're allowed,..

It would probably get confiscated at your border?

Apparently they are Cracking Down Hard in the UK.
ALL Chinese imported ebikes are banned.

I was told that a 750 Watt ebike that goes over 32 kph, imported from the US would be confiscated at the Canadian border, and I'd be out the cost of the e-bike.

It's contraband.


I think that I can import or export up to an ounce of weed though, but I'm not sure?
It's legal in Canada and most states.
